Our initial phone conversation is very important, as it lays the groundwork for the steps and resources on your roadmap. It’s also your time to ask questions and learn more about what the process will be like for you.
After our initial conversation, we’ll use the information that you shared with us to craft your personal roadmap to direct the steps in your entire journey. Here’s what you can expect to see:

Based on when you’re looking to purchase a home, your roadmap will lay out specific dates that you should target in order to reach that goal. As you move along in the process, we will update your timeline with new dates and recommendations.
YOUR TOP CRITERIA
This is a reminder of what’s important to you when searching for a home (think school district, number of bedrooms, commute). These help direct our recommendations for neighborhoods and properties. We understand that priorities can change, so we will add or remove items based on feedback from you throughout the process.
NEIGHBORHOOD DISCOVERY
Most of our buyers from the city seek recommendations for neighborhoods, so this is often the most important and exciting part of the roadmap. We’ll provide a list of neighborhoods, detailing their key features and providing relevant resources, along with some of our favorite local spots for you to explore, all in the hopes of helping you discover your ideal neighborhood.
A COLLABORATIVE HOME SEARCH
Whether you’re a year out or ready to buy, we believe it’s important to learn about the potential markets that you’re interested in. So you’ll get invited to our modern and collaborative search platform where you can browse homes in the suggested neighborhoods, save your favorites, and provide feedback on what you like and dislike. This is a great way for us to get to know what you’re looking for.
